I feel terrible completely shaming anyone. I want this company to learn from their mistake. The check in experience was great but the check out was stressful! As soon as you pull in you are barked at. Yelled to go over here but there is a car in the way then another person yells at you and by the time you arrive to where you think you’re suppose to be you are treated like you are the stupidest person on the earth. My poor 78 yr old father would have been overwhelmed. Come on Sixt...get your customer service together! It’s not that hard or anything out of your pocket to be polite and treat your customers well.
