4 stars as the overall service and vehicle was great. My only complaint is that I was left completely unprepared for what I needed to bring to the booking desk.
Normally they would give you a ring a day before and let you know exactly what documentation you need to bring, but this didn't happen as I booked through a broker which doesn't pass on the full details to sixt
This is not the fault of specifically the Edinburgh sixt hire car desk, but more the overall process. They were very apologetic over the desk and were very patient as I spent a while hunting through my emails for the documentation they require.. but this needs to be improved for the future.
