Aug 2020 we hired a BMW 5 series substituted with an XC90 - lovely car. Upon return a scuffed alloy was noted which I disputed. Comms with claim department were one way from me, no responses received. 6 months later Sixt NI charged my credit card. Following Sixt NI reaching out to me and some further communications the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction - thanks to Phil for doing this. Phil also said they will use this example as part of their training materials to improve future service - great to see a company willing to learn and improve.
