enregistrer votre carte de crédit?\nLors de la création d'une nouvelle carte de crédit dans votre compte client, un contrôle système est effectué sur le moyen de paiement. La carte de crédit est rejetée par notre système si cette vérification échoue. Dans ce cas, veuillez contacter les employés de votre institut de carte de crédit.\n\nLa réservation d'un véhicule n'est pas possible?\nAvant de commencer, nous réservons le montant de la facture prévu ainsi qu'une garantie sur votre carte de crédit. Cette demande est effectuée pour chaque réservation effectuée. Le montant de la caution est d'au moins 30 € et dépend du montant prévu de la location. Si aucun montant prévu n'est indiqué au début de la location (par exemple, si vous avez choisi le tarif par minute), la caution est d'au moins 30 €. Lors de la réservation d'un forfait, le montant correspond au prix actuel du forfait choisi, qui vous est affiché dans l'application au moment de la réservation, plus un montant en garantie, au cas où vous utiliseriez le véhicule au-delà de la durée prévue ou ajoutiez des services supplémentaires. Une location n'est possible que si le montant est confirmé. Actuellement, la caution sur votre carte de crédit ne peut être bloquée. La carte de crédit est rejetée par notre système si cette vérification échoue. Dans ce cas, veuillez contacter les conseillers de votre institut de carte de crédit.\n\nLes cautions ne sont pas libérées\nLes cautions sont automatiquement libérées après la facturation de la location.
