Combien de temps mon chauffeur m’attendra-t-il ?

Chaque réservation inclut un certain temps d’attente gratuit, qui dépend de la classe de réservation et de la région. La durée exacte est indiquée lors de la réservation. Pour plus de détails, consultez nos conditions de réservation.

Pour les trajets à la demande avec nos partenaires ride-Hailing (par ex. taxi), aucun temps d’attente gratuit n’est inclus. Veuillez vous rendre au point de prise en charge dès que l’application indique que votre chauffeur est arrivé.
