Puis-je prolonger les heures d’une réservation horaire ?

Si vous souhaitez prolonger votre réservation horaire, veuillez en informer votre chauffeur. Les heures supplémentaires dépendent de la disponibilité et sont facturées par tranches d’une heure selon le tarif horaire de votre réservation.

Puis-je effectuer un arrêt lors d’une réservation à distance ?

Les arrêts sont autorisés s’ils sont indiqués dans le champ REMARQUES POUR LE CHAUFFEUR. Les arrêts spontanés nécessitent l’accord du chauffeur et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires pour les kilomètres ou le temps d’attente. Pour plus de détails, consultez nos conditions de réservation.
