En cas d'accident ou de panne, signalez l'incident à notre ligne spéciale dans les 12 heures — la procédure complète figure dans votre contrat de location, sur les autocollants présents dans le véhicule, ainsi que sur le porte-clés.

Qu'est-ce qu'un accident ?

Un accident est un événement soudain, involontaire et externe entraînant des dégâts matériels et/ou des blessures physiques.

Que faire immédiatement ?

  1. Appelez notre ligne spéciale accident/panne dans les 12 heures suivant l'incident.

  2. Rédigez un constat amiable si un tiers identifié est impliqué.
    3. \n
  3. Collectez les coordonnées de la partie responsable afin que nous puissions engager les démarches auprès de son assurance en votre nom.

Si vous n'êtes pas responsable

\n

Nous pouvons engager des poursuites auprès de la compagnie d'assurance ou de la personne responsable en votre nom. Veuillez noter que ces démarches ne vous dispensent pas de votre obligation contractuelle de prendre en charge les dégâts occasionnés.

\n\n

Si un conducteur additionnel est responsable

\n

Informez directement les autorités concernées de l'identité du conducteur impliqué lorsque celle-ci ne correspond pas à celle de l'abonné principal. Le forfait de gestion administrative est automatiquement facturé à l'abonné principal, qui reste le seul point de contact avec SIXT. Le règlement de ce forfait peut toutefois être effectué par n'importe quelle personne.
