Vous pouvez mettre à jour vous-même votre adresse, votre numéro de téléphone et votre adresse e-mail en vous connectant via « Connexion | Inscription » sur le site web ou dans l'application SIXT. Un changement de nom (par ex. après mariage ou divorce), contactez-nous via WhatsApp ou chat et nous nous en occuperons pour vous.

Comment effectuer les modifications

Changement de nom

Un changement de nom ne peut pas être effectué en libre-service. Contactez-nous via WhatsApp ou chat en indiquant votre numéro de contrat de location et un justificatif du changement de nom (par ex. acte de mariage, acte de changement de nom ou permis de conduire mis à jour) – nous procéderons à la mise à jour pour vous.

Vous pouvez supprimer vous-même votre compte SIXT à tout moment, directement sur le site web ou dans l'application SIXT. Avant toute suppression, veillez à finaliser toutes vos locations actives et à télécharger toutes les factures importantes.

Comment supprimer votre compte

  1. Connectez-vous sur le site web ou dans l'application SIXT

  2. Cliquez sur votre nom en haut à droite et sélectionnez « Données personnelles »

  3. Sur la page Compte, faites défiler jusqu'en bas et cliquez sur « Supprimer le compte »

  4. Confirmez l'action – votre compte sera supprimé
